Components

2 cups wheat berries
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup toasted almonds
1/2 cup yellow pepper

1/4 cup dried cranberries
2 peeled recent oranges, with the segments sliced into cubes
1 teaspoon orange zest
1/4 teaspoon allspice
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 tablespoon recent chopped ginger
1/8 teaspoon salt

Instructions
